Everyday life with a baby
Four moments every family knows.
Heia grew out of hundreds of honest reviews of other baby apps, out of the things parents wrote again and again.
Which side was it? I honestly can't remember.
The last side, the last amount, the last nap. One glance is enough. No mental math at three in the morning.
Did you change her yet? I thought you did…
Partner, grandma, nanny: each of you logs on your own phone, and everyone sees right away what happened last, and who did it.
Now the app wants 60 a year, for things I need every single day.
All 16 entry types, shared tracking for two, reports covering 7 and 14 days. No account needed, no trial, no credit card.
The doctor asks how much she's drinking, and all I have is scraps of paper.
Feeding amounts, sleep times, the weight curve with WHO percentiles, neatly organized and ready to bring to the well-child visit. Your first appointment prep with PDF is free.
Features
A baby tracker that's there when you need it. Quiet when you don't.
Not a jungle of features, just the handful of things you do several times a day, plus a few that simply give you peace of mind.
The whole day, one place
Morning oatmeal, afternoon nap, a walk, the evening bottle: it all ends up in one place. Bright and clear by day, warm and dark in the evening, all on its own.
One hand, half asleep
The buttons that matter sit at the bottom, within thumb's reach, big enough for tired fingers. You hold your baby, Heia does the rest.
Truly quiet at night
At night, Heia never makes a sound on its own. No full-screen ads while you log, no beeping, no glaring screen. So the moment after a feeding stays calm.
Reliable offline
Every entry is saved on your device first. No signal in the nursery, the basement or on a plane? Your entries are never lost.
Up close
Three things that make the difference.
Sleep World
Wake windows instead of guesswork.
Overtired babies have a harder time falling asleep, but when is the next nap due? Heia works out a good window from the last wake-up and puts it in plain words: "A good window would be 1:20 to 1:50 PM."
- Explains why, never a black box
- Adjustable to your child, not just to age
- No countdown, no alarm, no guilt
- Naps and night sleep counted separately
- With Heia Plus: the day and night plan, with every nap, feeding and bedtime laid out ahead as guidance, not a fixed schedule

Reports & export
Chaos turns into a pattern.
After a few days Heia shows what's really changing: how much night sleep versus naps, how feeding amounts grow, when the dirty diapers come. Calmly laid out for 7 or 14 days, and with Heia Plus for a month or longer.
- Growth chart with WHO percentiles
- Appointment prep with PDF for the well-child visit, the midwife or the lactation consultant (the first one free)
- CSV export of all entries for anyone who likes their own numbers (with Heia Plus)
- Search and a monthly calendar for a quick look back

Tracking together
You're a team. So is the app.
One of you starts the sleep timer, the other stops it two hours later, no asking, no checking in. Every caregiver sees right away what happened last.
- Invite by code: free for two; for grandparents or a nanny, one Plus covers the whole household
- Everyone on their own phone, all with the same picture
- Multiple children and twins, up to three with Heia Plus
- Ten languages, each person in their own

Moments
Not just numbers. The things that stay, too.
Between diapers and bottles, the things happen that you'll want to remember ten years from now. Heia holds on to them, with date, age and photo.
All of it
Feeding, sleep, diapers and more: 16 entry types, calmly sorted.
From the first bottle to the first word. You decide what you want to see at all, and the rest stays out of the way.
Who it's for
For everyone caring for this little life.
New moms
In those first weeks every minute of sleep counts. Heia remembers which side you last nursed on, counts the diapers with you and answers the quiet worry "is it enough?", without you having to be wide awake for it.
Couples taking turns
You both see the same picture. No more "I thought you did…", and whoever was up at night is simply there in the morning.
Parents of twins
Two children, two rhythms, one tap to switch. Each child has their own entries, charts and milestones, from the second child with Heia Plus.
When feeding is the focus
With preemies or weight concerns, the doctor's office asks for numbers. Instead of a pile of notes you have a clean PDF, and you can see for yourself that the curve is going up.
Families with childcare
Grandma, the nanny or a babysitter logs on their own phone, and you see it at home right away without asking.
Multilingual families
Heia speaks English, German, French, Spanish (Spain and Latin America), Dutch, Swedish, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic, each caregiver in their own language, on the same data.
Honestly funded
A free baby tracker. And we mean it.
We think it's wrong to put tired parents behind a paywall. Everything you need day to day stays free — Plus is for the extra depth on top.
Heia, everything for every day
Free- All 16 entry types, no exceptions
- Shared tracking for two
- Growth chart, percentiles, reports covering 7 and 14 days
- Works without an account, no trial, no credit card
So how do we make money? With silent ads on the review and browsing screens, a small banner at the top of the entry forms and, every now and then, a full-screen ad at a natural break — never with sound, never on a running sleep timer. And with Heia Plus: statistics across a month, 90 and 365 days, long-term patterns, the day and night plan, more appointment preps, the CSV export of all entries, a second and third child, room for grandparents or a nanny, and no more ads. One Plus covers the whole household. Plus is available as a yearly or monthly subscription; current prices are shown in the store.
Privacy
Baby data is not a commodity.
Your child's data belongs to you, not to us and not to anyone else.
On your device first
Without an account, your entries stay on your phone. The app is fully usable without signing up.
Servers in the EU
If you use syncing, your entries are stored on servers in Ireland (EU). Which services outside the EU are involved is listed in the privacy policy.
Ads only with consent
Ads appear only after you agree, and they pay for the free app. If you decline, you see non-personalized ads only, and with Heia Plus none at all.
Delete anytime
You delete your account yourself in the app, no email to support needed. In a shared household only your membership ends; shared entries stay with the others.
All the details are in the privacy policy.

How much does Heia cost?
Everything you need day to day is free: all 16 entry types, shared tracking for two, the growth chart, reports covering 7 and 14 days and your first appointment prep with PDF — with no account and no trial. Heia Plus adds depth on top: statistics across a month, 90 and 365 days, long-term patterns, the day and night plan, more appointment preps, the CSV export of all entries, a second and third child, grandparents or a nanny as additional people in the household, and no more ads. One Plus covers the whole household. Plus is available as a yearly or monthly subscription; current prices are shown in the App Store and on Google Play.
Can I use Heia during the day, too?
Yes. Heia is a companion for the whole day. Breakfast, the afternoon nap, a walk, a doctor visit, milestones: it all ends up in one place.
The app adjusts on its own: bright and clear during the day, warm and dark in the evening. Being especially quiet at night is a bonus, not its only job.
Will the app wake my baby at night?
No. At night, Heia never makes a sound on its own. Ads never play sound. While you log an entry there is at most one small banner at the top of the form, never a full-screen ad; never on the running sleep timer or in Soothe. At night, banners only appear in a small format. The only thing allowed to ring is a medication reminder you set yourself.
Can my partner and I track together?
Yes. You invite each other into a shared household: partner, grandparents, nanny or midwife. Each person tracks on their own phone and all of you see the same picture. One can start the sleep timer and another can stop it. For two of you it's free. If grandparents or a nanny join as a third person, you need Heia Plus, and one Plus then covers the whole household, with no per-person fee.
What is a wake window?
A wake window is how long a baby of a given age can stay awake before getting overtired, and overtired babies have a harder time falling asleep.
The Sleep World works out a good window for the next nap from the last wake-up and puts it in plain words, for example "a good window would be 1:20 to 1:50 PM". You can adjust the windows to fit your child. No countdown, no alarm, no pressure.
Does Heia work offline? Do I need an account?
Heia works entirely without an account and without internet. Every entry is saved on your device first and is never lost, even with no signal.
You only need a free, password-free account if you want to track together or sync across multiple devices.
Where is my data stored?
At first, only locally on your device. Only with the optional account is it also stored on servers in Ireland (EU). No data is sold. Personalized advertising data is processed only with your consent; without consent you see non-personalized ads only. You can delete your account in the app at any time; in a shared household only your membership ends.
Can I export the data for my pediatrician?
Yes. Your first appointment prep is free: Heia summarizes what you have logged, you add your questions, and it becomes a clean PDF report for the well-child visit, the midwife or the lactation consultant. More preps and the CSV export with all entries come with Heia Plus.
Can I track twins or multiple children?
Yes. One child is free; with Heia Plus you can add up to three children and switch between them with one tap. Each child has their own entries, their own growth chart and their own milestones. Children you have already added always stay usable.
Is Heia available for Android?
Yes. Heia is available for iPhone and Android, free on both and with the same features. You can mix them: one parent on iPhone, the other on Android, the same picture for both. Go to Google Play
Does Heia replace medical advice?
No. Heia helps you keep track of everyday life and offers general, age-based guidance. Heia is not a medical device, makes no diagnoses and gives no individual treatment or dosage recommendations. If you are worried or notice warning signs, contact your pediatrician or emergency services.
