The first year is full of small wonders. We remember them.

Everyday life with a baby
Four moments every family knows.
Heia grew out of hundreds of honest reviews of other baby apps, out of the things parents wrote again and again.
Which side was it again? I genuinely cannot remember.
The last side, the last amount, the last sleep. One glance is enough. No mental arithmetic at three in the morning.
Have you changed her yet? I thought you had…
Partner, grandma, childminder: each of you logs on your own phone, and everyone sees straight away what happened last, and who did it.
Now the app wants 60 a year, for things I need every single day.
All 16 entry types, every child, every caregiver, every report. No subscription, no trial, no credit card.
The doctor asks how much she drinks, and all I have is scraps of paper.
Feed amounts, sleep times, the weight curve with WHO percentiles, tidied up and ready to take to the check-up.
Features
There when you need it. Quiet when you don't.
Not a jungle of features, but the handful of things you do several times a day, plus a few that simply put your mind at rest.
The whole day, one place
Morning porridge, afternoon nap, a walk, the evening bottle: it all lands in one place. Bright and clear by day, warm and dark in the evening, on its own.
One hand, half asleep
The buttons that matter sit at the bottom within thumb's reach, big enough for tired fingers. You hold your baby, Heia does the rest.
Genuinely quiet at night
Heia never makes a sound on its own. No ads while you log, no beeping, no glaring screen. So the moment after a feed stays calm.
Reliable offline
Every entry lands on your device first. No signal in the nursery, the basement or on a plane? Your entries are never lost anyway.
In detail
Three things that make the difference.
Sleep Compass
Wake windows instead of guesswork.
Overtired babies fall asleep less easily, but when is the next nap due? Heia works out a suitable window from the last waking and says it in plain words: "A good window would be 1:20 to 1:50 pm."
- Explains why, never a black box
- Adjustable to your child, not just to age
- No countdown, no alarm, no guilt
- Naps and night sleep counted separately

Reports & export
Chaos turns into a pattern.
After a few days Heia shows what is really changing: how much night sleep against naps, how feed amounts grow, when the full nappies come. Calmly laid out for 7, 14 or 30 days.
- Growth chart with WHO percentiles
- PDF for the paediatrician, ready for the check-up
- CSV export for anyone who likes their own numbers
- Search and a monthly calendar for a quick look back

Tracking together
You are a team. So is the app.
One of you starts the sleep timer, the other ends it two hours later, without asking, without checking in. Every caregiver sees straight away what happened last.
- Invite by code: partner, grandparents, childminder
- Everyone on their own phone, all with the same picture
- Several children and twins at no extra cost
- Six languages, each person in their own

Moments
Not only numbers. The things that stay, too.
Between nappies and bottles, the things happen that you will want to remember in ten years. Heia holds on to them, with date, age and photo.
All of it
16 entry types, calmly sorted.
From the first bottle to the first word. You decide what you want to see at all, and the rest stays out of the way.
Who it's for
For everyone caring for this small life.
New mothers
In those first weeks every minute of sleep counts. Heia remembers the last side you fed on, counts the nappies with you and answers the quiet worry "is that enough?", without you having to wake up for it.
Couples taking turns
Both of you see the same picture. No more "I thought you had…", and whoever was up at night is simply there in the morning.
Parents of twins
Two children, two rhythms, one tap to switch. Each child has their own entries, charts and milestones, at no extra cost.
When feeding is the topic
With premature babies or weight worries the practice asks for numbers. Instead of a pile of notes you have a clean PDF, and you can see for yourself that it is going up.
Families with childcare
Grandma, the childminder or a babysitter logs on their own phone, and you see it at home straight away without asking.
Multilingual families
Heia speaks English, German, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and Arabic, each caregiver in their own language, on the same data.
Honestly funded
Free. And we mean it.
We think it is wrong to put tired parents behind a paywall. So everything in Heia is free, and it stays that way.
Heia, complete
Free- All 16 entry types, without exception
- Shared tracking for the whole family
- Several children, reports, growth chart, export
- No subscription, no trial, no credit card
So how do we make money? With a single, silent ad banner, and only on the reports screen. Never while you are logging, never with sound, never between 8 pm and 7 am. If that bothers you, buy Heia Plus once for about 9.99 euros and the ads are gone for good. No subscription, and not one single feature hides behind it.
Privacy
Baby data is not a commodity.
Your child's data belongs to you, not to us and not to anyone else.
On your device first
Without an account your entries never leave the phone. The app is fully usable without signing up.
Servers in Frankfurt
If you use syncing, the data sits in the EU in line with the GDPR, not in the United States.
Ads only with consent
Ads appear only after you agree, and they pay for the free app. If you decline, you see non-personalised ads only, and with Heia Plus none at all.
Deletable at any time
You delete your account and all server data yourself in the app, with two taps and no email to support.
Every detail is in the privacy policy.
Common questions
Answered briefly and honestly.
What does Heia cost?
Heia is free. Every feature stays free for good, there is no subscription and nothing sits behind a paywall. If you would rather not see the quiet ad, you can buy Heia Plus once for about 9.99 euros. That is voluntary, and it unlocks nothing extra.
Can I use Heia during the day as well?
Yes. Heia is a companion for the whole day. Breakfast, the afternoon nap, a walk, a doctor visit, milestones: it all lands in one place.
The app adapts on its own: bright and clear during the day, warm and dark in the evening. Being especially quiet at night is an extra, not its only job.
Will the app wake my baby at night?
No. Heia never makes a sound on its own. Ads appear only on the reports screen, never while you are logging, never with sound and never between 8 pm and 7 am. Only a medication reminder that you set yourself is allowed to ring.
Can my partner and I track together?
Yes. You invite each other into a shared household: partner, grandparents, childminder or midwife. Each person tracks on their own phone and all of you see the same picture. One can start the sleep timer and another can end it. No family surcharge.
What is a wake window?
A wake window is how long a baby can stay awake at a given age before becoming overtired, and overtired babies fall asleep less easily.
The Sleep Compass works out a suitable window for the next nap from the last waking and says it in plain words, for example "a good window would be 1:20 to 1:50 pm". You can adjust the windows to your child. No countdown, no alarm, no pressure.
Does Heia work offline? Do I need an account?
Heia works completely without an account and without internet. Every entry is saved on your device first and is never lost, even with no signal.
You only need a free, password-free account if you want to track together or sync between several devices.
Where is my data stored?
At first only locally on your device. Only with the optional account is it also stored on servers in Frankfurt, Germany (EU), in line with the GDPR. No data is sold. Advertising data is processed only with your consent; without consent you see non-personalised ads only. You can delete your account and all server data yourself in the app at any time.
Can I export the data for my paediatrician?
Yes. Heia creates a tidy PDF report and a CSV export for any period you choose, ideal for a check-up or when your paediatrician asks about feed amounts, sleep times or the weight curve.
Can I track twins or several children?
Yes. You can add as many children as you like and switch between them with one tap. Each child has their own entries, their own growth chart and their own milestones, at no extra cost.
Is Heia available for Android?
Yes. Heia is available for iPhone and for Android, both free and with the same features. You can mix them: one parent on iPhone, one on Android, the same picture for both. Go to Google Play
Does Heia replace medical advice?
No. Heia is a diary for your own records and deliberately gives no medical recommendations, no dosages and no diagnoses. For health questions please talk to your paediatrician or midwife.
From today, someone else remembers.
